- What products can be customized?
- T-shirts, hoodies and crewnecks, polos, performance shirts, hats and toques, jackets and outerwear, and jerseys and uniform pieces. If you have something specific in mind, ask us.
- Do you offer youth and adult sizes?
- Yes. Many garments are available in youth and adult sizing, and availability is confirmed per garment in your quotation.
- Can we mix sizes?
- Yes. A single order can combine youth and adult sizes as long as the garment and decoration stay the same.
- Can we upload our existing logo?
- Yes. Upload your logo or artwork with your quote request. Vector files (AI, EPS, SVG, PDF) reproduce best, and we can also work from PNG or JPG.
- What if we do not have a logo?
- Submit the form anyway and describe what you have in mind. We will help develop artwork for your mockup.
- What is the difference between printing and embroidery?
- Printing applies ink to the fabric and suits larger designs and higher quantities. Embroidery stitches the design into the garment and suits polos, caps, toques and jackets. Many orders use both.
- How is pricing calculated?
- Pricing combines the garment, the quantity, the decoration method, the number of colours or stitches, the number of locations, and any personalization such as names and numbers.
- Do you offer team stores?
- We support simplified group ordering with an approved apparel selection. Ask us about group-ordering and team-store options for your organization.
- Can apparel be used for fundraising?
- Yes. Many schools, camps and clubs sell branded apparel to families and supporters as part of a fundraising campaign.
- Do you serve organizations outside Montréal?
- Yes. We are based in the Montréal area and serve organizations across Canada.
- How long does an order take?
- Timing depends on the garment, the decoration and the quantity. Tell us the date you need the order and we will confirm what is achievable in your quotation.
- Can we order names and numbers?
- Yes. Names and numbers can be added to most team apparel. Include the details with your request so we can quote them.
